When can I expect the first talents?

Onboarding usually takes 1-2 days. Your jobs are also created within 1 working day and our AI then automatically creates the longlist. If you have booked SELECT, you can then start contacting the talents. If you have booked STREAM or SMAILE, our recruiting experts start to inspire the talents on the longlist for your job. As soon as a talent moves onto the shortlist (in the case of SMAILE, they must first have another interview with us, in which we check your other requirements such as salary or mobility), we will notify you by email. As a rule, you can expect to receive the first talent after 2-3 days.

Are there any additional costs?

No. By booking, you determine how many talents are to be added to your longlist (assuming a sufficient number of suitable talents). This longlist will be contacted by you (for SELECT) or us (for STREAM or SMAILE). There are no additional costs for you.

However, if the number of talents on the longlist is not sufficient for you, you are welcome to book additional talents (if available).

How often can I exchange jobs with SELECT?

We recommend leaving jobs active for at least 20 days to give the talents enough time to check your presented jobs. After these 20 days, you can also exchange a job.
