Kommen Sie an Bord für vielfältige Aufgaben als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Auftragsannahme und -Abwicklung
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kunden
  • Prüfen von Eingangsrechnungen sowie die Buchung
  • Stammdatenerfassung und -Pflege
  • Bearbeitung der ein- und ausgehenden Post
  • Mahnwesen und Vorbereitung der Zahlungsvorgänge
  • Bearbeitung anderer allgemein anfallender administrativer Aufgaben
