Aufgaben

  • Die Sachbearbeitung und Kundenbetreuung im In- und Outboundbereich auf telefonischem Wege
  • Die selbstständige Lösungsfindung
  • Die kompetente Beratung als Ansprechpartner der Kunden
  • Die Pflege der Datenbank
  • Die Sicherstellung der Korrespondenz sowie der Kundenzufriedenheit
