Wir suchen Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Mitarbeiter(in) für den Bereich Crewing.

Aufgaben

  • Terminkoordination der Offiziere u.a. Flugbuchung sowie Hotelübernachtung
  • Führen von Telefoninterviews für neu einzustellende Offiziere
  • Überprüfung der Gesundheits- und Reisedokumente
  • Pflege der Personaldatenbank
  • Überprüfung der Qualifikation /Zertifikate der Seemänner
  • Kommunikation auf deutscher-und Englischer Sprache mit den Besatzungsmitgliedern
