Beschreibung

Zur Leitung unseres schlagkräftigen Teams, an unserem Standort in Frankfurt am Main, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Hauptgeschäftsführer (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Steuerung des Verbandes (inhaltlich und finanziell)
  • Direkte und regelmäßige Berichterstattung an Vorstand und Präsidium
  • Sicherstellen von Compliance in der Verbandsarbeit
  • Umsetzung der Verbandsstrategie
  • Interessenvertretung bei politischen Entscheidern in Berlin und Brüssel sowie Koordinierung der Aktivitäten in den Bundesländern mit den jeweiligen Abgeordneten
  • Pflege des internationalen Netzwerks in Verbänden und Gremien
  • Unterstützung der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit nach außen, z. B. durch Medienkontakte, Vorträge und Social-Media-Aktivitäten zur Sicherstellung eines sichtbaren positiven Images der Branche sowie Kommu­ni­kation nach innen zu den Mitgliedsfirmen
