Sie sind der führungserfahrene Betriebswirt, der die operative Leitung mehrerer Vapiano Restaurants übernimmt.

Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die operative Leitung mehrerer Vapiano Restaurants
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Einhaltung aller Vapiano Standards und beteiligen sich mit Ihren Teams an der stetigen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung
  • Sie unterstützen unsere General Manager und Partner vor Ort in den Bereichen Local Store Marketing, Vertrieb, Logistik und Personal
  • Sie organisieren die Eröffnung neuer Vapiano Restaurants und stehen als Ansprechpartner für alle Belange zur Verfügung
  • Sie gestalten, als Bindeglied zwischen den Vapiano Restaurants und dem Support Center, die strategische Ausrichtung Ihrer Restaurants und bringen diese mit den operativen Anforderungen auf einen Nenner
  • Sie bauen Ihr Managementteam auf und sind für deren Entwicklung zuständig
  • Als Markenbotschafter von Vapiano gewährleisten eine 100-prozentige Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste und Partner
