Als Senior Consultant erwartet Sie ein internationales Team mit 14 Consultants in Deutschland und USA.

Aufgaben

  • Sie führen konzeptionelle Kundenberatung im Umfeld von Wissensdatenbanken durch
  • Sie begleiten die Konfiguration und Einführung unserer Software beim Kunden
  • Sie übernehmen die Erweiterung und Anpassung unserer Software mit Entwicklungsanteilen
  • Sie setzen die Integration in bestehende IT-Landschaften beim Kunden um
  • Sie führen Workshops und Schulungen durch
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Betreuung und den Support von Kunden
