Als Junior Consultant erwartet Dich ein internationales Team in Deutschland und USA. Innerhalb des Teams legen wir Wert auf eine positive und lockere Arbeitsatmosphäre. Aufgaben

  • Du führst konzeptionelle Kundenberatung von Wissens- und Lösungsdatenbanken sowie Self-Service-Lösungen durch
  • Du installierst unsere Produktsuite KnowledgeCenter mit ihren verschiedenen Modulen bei Großkonzernen und mittelständischen Unternehmen, und passt diese an die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden an
  • Du führst Workshops durch und begeisterst unsere Kunden mit Deinen Präsentationen
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam, Vertrieb und Produktmanagement – falls Interesse besteht, sind auch Einsätze in den USA möglich
