Als Junior IT Consultant (m/w/d) erwartet Dich ein internationales Team mit 55 Business Analysten, Softwareentwicklern, Testmanagern und Projektleitern an vier Standorten. Um immer up-to-date zu sein, nehmen unsere Mitarbeiter/-innen regelmäßig an Seminaren, Vorträgen und Messen teil und tauschen sich in internen Expertengruppen über neue Technologien und aktuelle Projekte aus. Ob Patenprogramm, flexible Arbeitszeiten oder Arbeiten im Home-Office – wir bieten Dir das Arbeitsumfeld, das Du für deine persönliche Entwicklung benötigst.

Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst innovative Lösungen im Enterprise-Umfeld und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung ihrer Digitalisierungsstrategie in agilen Projekten
  • Du erstellst Konzeptionen von individuellen webbasierten Java-Lösungen auf fachlicher und technischer Ebene
  • Dabei setzt Du auf aktuelle und marktführende Technologien für mobile Apps und Webanwendungen, wie Liferay und OSGi® Microservices
  • Du lernst die verschiedenen Rollen innerhalb eines IT Projektes kennen und übernimmst perspektivisch Verantwortung als Projektleiter/in, Business Analyst/in oder Architekt/in je nach Deinen Stärken und Interessen
