Sie sind der kommunikative Wirtschaftswissenschaftler, Betriebswirt oder Jurist, der das HR Advisor Team während und nach dem Kundenkontakt kontinuierlich durch Coaching, Unterstützung und Feedback unterstützt.

Aufgaben

  • Du unterstzützt das HR Advisor Team während und nach dem Kundenkontakt kontinuierlich durch Coaching, Unterstützung und Feedback, um sicherzustellen, dass die Standards eingehalten und kontinuierlich verbessert werden
  • Du arbeitest im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit und bearbeitest Telefonanfragen, E-Mails und Tickets, um sicherzustellen, dass die Service-Level erhalten bleiben
  • Du erstellst die wöchentlichen Reports, um die Aktivität des HR Service Centers zu monitoren
  • Du verantwortest die Aufgabenverteilung und Festlegung der Prioritäten für das HR Advisor-Team und erstellst den wöchentlichen Einsatzplan
