Description

As Regional Customer Quality Engineer (m/f) - Europe you will take the leadership for all quality aspects for selected accounts.

Tasks

  • Take the leadership for all quality aspects for selected accounts
  • Interface with our customers and our business units to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer's requirements for quality and reliability
  • Be the Customer’s Advocate in quality by representing customer's quality and reliability requirements inside the product/business organizations
  • Represent Texas Instrument's quality and reliability to the customer and manage their expectations
  • Manage the overall customer product return process for quality and reliability issues
