Sie sind der teamfähige Kaufmann, der für die aktive Akquisition von Neukunden und deren lösungsorientierte Beratung und den Aufbau und die Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen mit dem Ziel langfristiger und partnerschaftlicher Kooperationen verantwortlich ist.

Aufgaben

  • Die aktive Akquisition von Neukunden und deren lösungsorientierte Beratung
  • Der Aufbau und die Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen mit dem Ziel langfristiger und partnerschaftlicher Kooperationen
  • Die Angebotserstellung und Preiskalkulation
  • Die Rekrutierung (einschließlich Personalsachbearbeitung von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt), Disposition und Betreuung von Zeitarbeitnehmern
  • Die Personaladministration - vorbereitende Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Erfassung aller lohn- und fakturarelevanten Daten, ordnungsgemäße Führung der Kunden- und Mitarbeiterakten sowie die Erfassung der Daten im Front-End-System
