Sie sind der kommunikative Niederlassungsleiter, der für das Führen der internen Mitarbeiter der Niederlassung und die aktive Akquisition von Neukunden, die Betreuung der Bestandskunden sowie deren lösungsorientierte Beratung verantwortlich ist.

Aufgaben

  • Zielorientiertes Führen der internen Mitarbeiter der Niederlassung
  • Verantwortlichkeit für die gesamten Vertriebsaktivitäten der Niederlassung
  • Die aktive Akquisition von Neukunden, die Betreuung der Bestandskunden sowie deren lösungsorientierte Beratung
  • Die Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Sicherstellung eines nachhaltigen Vertriebs
  • Das kontinuierliche Sicherstellen und die Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe in der Niederlassung gemäß unserer Service- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Professionelle Repräsentation des Unternehmens gegenüber Kunden, Mitarbeitern und Bewerbern
