Aufgaben

  • Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner für (Neu-)Kunden
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege der Kundenstammdaten eines festen Kundenstamms
  • Sie erstellen Angebote, legen Aufträge an und fassen diese jeweils nach
  • Sie verfolgen Bestell- und Lieferprozesse
  • Sie sind bestrebt im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagements die internen Prozesse stets zu verbessern und zu optimieren
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für das After-Sales-Management
