Beschreibung

Für die Unterstützung bei unseren erbrechtlichen Mandaten, vor allem Testaments­voll­streckungen sowie für uns betreute Stiftungen suchen wir in Mannheim ab sofort einen Kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) als Buchhaltungsassistent:

Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der Buchhaltung für Testamentsvollstreckung und Stiftungen
  • Unterstützung beim Zahlungsverkehr
  • Kommunikation mit dem jeweiligen Steuerberater
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Erledigung aller bei Testaments­vollstreckungen und der Verwaltung von Stiftungen anfallenden Aufgaben
  • Aktenführung und Ablage
  • Erstellung von Kostenrechnungen
