Beschreibung

Die Stadt Rosenheim, Tief­bau­amt, sucht nächst­möglich eine/n Techniker/in (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Tiefbau in Vollzeit. Die Besetzung mit zwei Teilzeitkräften ist im Rahmen des Jobsharings grundsätzlich möglich.

Aufgaben

  • Aufmaß und Abrechnung von Baumaßnahmen
  • Entwerfen von Markierungs- und Verkehrszeichenplänen sowie Umleitungskonzepten
  • Bauvorbereitung, Ausschreibung und Bauleitung kleinerer Tiefbaumaßnahmen
  • Beschwerdemanagement
  • Betreuung und Planung von Unterhaltsmaßnahmen und der Stadtmöblierung
  • Ausschreibung und Betreuung von Markierungsarbeiten
  • Bestandsaufnahme als Planungsgrundlage für Tiefbaumaßnahmen
