Die Stadt Norderney stellt zum nächst­möglichen Zeitpunkt eine/einen Verwaltungs­fach­angestellte/n (w/m/d) Entgeltgruppe 9c für den Fachbereich Bauen und Umwelt ein.

Aufgaben

  • Die Bearbeitung von Verwaltungs­vorgängen zur Anwendung der Zweck­entfremdungs­satzung und zur Anwendung der Erhaltungs­satzungen
  • Die Bearbeitung von Verwaltungs­rechts­sachen und
  • Die Kontrolle der Verpflichtungen zum Erhalt und zur Schaffung von Dauer­wohnraum
