Aufgaben

  • Die Bearbeitung von Bauanträgen
  • Sowie Vorkaufs­rechts­verzichts­erklärungen und
  • Die Kontrolle der Verpflichtungen zum Erhalt und zur Schaffung von Dauer­wohnraum
