Aufgaben

  • Projektmanagement für die Softwarelösung für unsere Logistiksysteme, von der Auftragsübernahme bis zur Übergabe der Anlage an den Kunden, mit der Verantwortung für Budget, Termine und die zugesicherte Funktionalität
  • Erkennen und Analysieren von Projektrisiken und Einleiten von Maßnahmen
  • Change- und Claim-Management
  • Führen der Projektmitarbeiter
  • Abstimmungen mit dem Kunden, Gesamtprojektleiter, Lenkungsausschuss und den anderen Fachprojektleitern
