Als Trainer Kommunikation (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Durchführung von Qualifizierungen mit kommunikativen Inhalten für das Personal im Service der Handelsorganisation zuständig.

Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Qualifizierungen mit kommunikativen Inhalten für das Personal im Service der Handelsorganisation
  • Durchführung von Verhaltenstrainings sowie Moderation von Workshops
  • Training/Coaching von Beratungs- und Verkaufsgesprächen zur Optimierung der Kundenzufriedenheit
