Als Inside Sales Consultant (m/w/d) für den telefonischen Vertrieb sind Sie in einem Team unseres zentralen Kundenservice mit dem Schwerpunkt Telefonverkauf tätig. Sie sind wichtiger Repräsentant unseres Unternehmens und maßgeblich an unserem wirtschaftlichen Erfolg beteiligt.

Aufgaben

  • Aktive Ansprache von Bestandskunden zur Erweiterung von Vertragsleistungen (Upsale)
  • Beratung von Kunden und Beantwortung von Rückfragen
  • Erstellung und Nachfassen von Angeboten
  • Abschluss von Wartungsverträgen mit Neu- und Bestandskunden
  • Neukundenakquise
  • Pflege und Dokumentation im SAP-CRM-System
  • Enge bereichsübergreifende Kommunikation mit internen Bereichen
