Description

The objective of the function is to ensure proper knowledge management and to provide effective training of harmonized business processes and applications in the area of Schindler’s New Installation.

Tasks

  • Actively support change management process, testing and release management
  • Create and maintain documentation of designed business processes and IT applications SHAPE (Schindler’s Harmonized Applications for Process Excellence)
  • Provide professional and state-of-the-art training material and business process documentation
  • Develop best in class training methods and concepts to be deployed through a SHAPE Academy
  • Organize and conduct trainings to international key-users
  • Ensure adequate key-user and end-user knowledge in Schindler’s country organizations
  • Orchestrate and maintain key-user network globally
  • Monitor proper SHAPE utilization and process compliance
  • Follow-up and escalate improper SHAPE utilization
  • Identify business process improvements and best demonstrated practice
