Beschreibung

Sie sind der zahlenaffine Kaufmann oder Steuerfachangestellte, der für die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS zuständig ist und Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer sowie andere Fachabteilungen ist.

Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer sowie andere Fachabteilungen
  • Erstellung von Reportings, Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Buchung und Prüfung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle (z. B. Zahlungseingänge und -ausgänge, Eingangsrechnungen) sowie Kontenabstimmungen
  • Erstellung und Buchung von Ausgangsrechnungen (an nationale und internationale Rechnungsempfänger)
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten und Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben je nach Erfahrung und Kenntnisstand (z. B. Einführung neuer oder Überarbeitung bestehender Prozesse, Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen etc.)
  • Korrekte Anwendung der gesetzlichen Bilanzierungsgrundsätze sowie Einhaltung interner Prozesse und Richtlinien
