Wir suchen Sie als Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter (m/w/d) in Nordhausen.

Aufgaben

  • Meldung sowie Prüfung der monatlichen Beitragsnachweise an die Krankenkassen
  • Bearbeitung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Erfassung und Pflege des Personalstammes und deren Personalakten
  • Erstellung von Bescheinigungen für Arbeitnehmer, Behörden, Ämter, Krankenkassen sowie Bundesagentur für Arbeit
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
