Für unser Marketing erarbeiten Sie eine durchdachte Jahresplanung in puncto Timing und Budget, immer gemäß den Vorgaben des strategischen Planers.

Aufgaben

  • Fachkundig bewerten Sie unterjährige Anforderungen im Hinblick auf unsere Planungsschwerpunkte und prüfen, ob sie zur Marketingplanung passen – gemeinsam mit dem strategischen Planer
  • Außerdem entwickeln Sie eine flexible Planungssystematik für jährliche und unterjährige Vermarktungsthemen
  • Ebenfalls auf Ihrer Agenda: Repriorisierungen – Hand in Hand mit der Marketingleitung – und Aktualisierung der Planung, wobei Sie Engpässe sowie Freiräume aufzeigen und Handlungsalternativen und -bedarfe ableiten
  • Aus Basis von definierten KPIs erstellen Sie präzise Reportings und durchdachte Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Schlussendlich sind übergreifende Marketing-Dashboards dank Ihnen jederzeit auf dem neuesten Stand
