Für ein Industrieunternehmen in Köln Marsdorf suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Vertriebsinnendienst in Vollzeit. Die Stelle passt zu Ihnen, wenn Sie Erfahrung als Industriekaufmann/frau, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/frau oder Erfahrungen im Vertriebsinnendienst gesammelt haben.

Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung
  • Auftragsabwicklung im ERP System und Beschaffung von Waren
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Unterstützung der Vertriebsleitung im Vertriebscontrolling
  • Terminkoordination sowie Koordinierung von abteilungsübergreifenden Vorgängen
  • Stammdatenpflege
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
