Für ein Telekommunikationsunternehmen in Köln suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den 2nd Level Support in Vollzeit. Die Stelle passt zu Ihnen, wenn Sie Erfahrung als Fachinformatiker/in, Informatikkaufmann/frau, IT-System-Kaufmann/frau oder im Support gesammelt haben.

Aufgaben

  • Betreuung unserer Kunden bei technischen Anfragen rund um die Softwareprodukte, inklusive der Bereitstellung eines Workarounds oder einer Lösung
  • Scripting (z.B. mit Python oder Bash) kleinere Tools zur Prozesssteuerung und -überwachung
  • Anforderungsgerechte Analyse und Bearbeitung sowie Priorisierung, Klassifizierung, Dokumentation und Überwachung von Incidents
  • Systemanalyse, Abfragen auf MySQL-, Oracle und PostgreSQL-Datenbanken
  • Durchführung von Fehler-Ursachen-Analysen auf internen Testsystemen
  • Mitwirkung an der Qualitätssicherung neuer Softwarereleases
  • Toolbasiertes Monitoring unserer Kundensysteme
