Beschreibung

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination und Gestaltung des Einkaufsprozesses von der Aus­schrei­bung, über Angebots­ver­gleiche und die Verhandlung von Konditionen bis hin zum Abschluss von Verträgen, Rechnungs­kontrolle und Freigabe (Einkaufs­volumen 15-20 Mio. €).

Aufgaben

  • Beschaffung von Investitionsgütern (Geräte und Fahr­zeuge)
  • Einheitenübergreifende Bündelung von Bedarfen und Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen
  • Unterstützung der operativ tätigen Bereiche bei der Beschaffung von Materialien und Sub­unter­nehmer­leistungen
  • Überwachung des Ver­sicherungs­wesens und Betreuung von Schadensfällen
  • Entwicklung von Einkaufsstrategien und Optimierung des Beschaffungs­prozesses
