Wir suchen Sie als Teamassistent (m/w/d) in der Personalbetreuung.

Aufgaben

  • Sie unterstützen das Team bei der Rekrutierung indem Sie das Schalten von Stellenanzeigen übernehmen
  • Sie sprechen mit den Bewerbern Termine für Vorstellungsgespräche ab
  • Sie unterstützen bei administrativen Aufgaben, wie vorbereitende Lohnabrechnung, Erstellung der CV´s und der Datenpflege
  • Sie kümmern sich um die Mitarbeiter bei Fragestellungen zum Arbeitsverhältnis
  • Sie nehmen Bewerber, Mitarbeiter und Besucher in Empfang und bedienen die Telefonanlage
