  • Sie sind sowohl Unterstützer als auch Vermittler für Ihr Team
  • Sie coachen und motivieren das Team zur Selbstorganisation und crossfunktionaler Zusammenarbeit
  • Moderation, Organisation und aktive Betreuung von Scrum Events und Workshops
  • Sie finden Lösungsvorschläge für auftretende und potentielle Hindernisse und unterstützen das Team bei deren Beseitigung
  • Agile Prozesse treiben Sie mit Begeisterung voran und steigern so die Effizienz und Qualität der Software
