Für den Standort in Guxhagen suchen wir einen Sachbearbeiter Dokumentenmanagement (m/w/d). Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zum nächstmöglichen Termin zu besetzen.

Aufgaben

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Zusammenstellung der Kundendokumentationen sowie von Dokumenten und Unterlagen aus SAP.
  • Sie stellen auftragsspezifische Dokumente auf unterschiedlichen Datenträgern zusammen.
  • Das Einscannen und Archivieren von Produktionsunterlagen gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Zudem verantworten Sie die Rückmeldung der Tätigkeiten in SAP.
