Als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Überwachung und Koordination der Erledigung von Aufgaben im Bereich der Auftragsabwicklung, Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und erste Prüfung auf Ausführbarkeit zuständig.

Aufgaben

  • Überwachung und Koordination der Erledigung von Aufgaben im Bereich der Auftragsabwicklung, Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und erste Prüfung auf Ausführbarkeit
  • Überwachung der Aufträge vom Auftragseingang bis zur Abrechnung
  • Unterstützung bzw. Aufbereitung von Routine-Kundenreports
  • Technische Unterstützung, Betreuung des Auftraggebers
  • Abstimmungen mit Unterauftragnehmern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Abrechnung, Überprüfung der IT-Serviceelemente in Mengen- und Qualitätsprägungen
