Wir suchen für unseren internationalen Kunden einen Sachbearbeiter Auftragsabwicklung (w/m/d).

Aufgaben

  • Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehört die Eingabe und Kontrolle der erhaltenen Kundenaufträge sowie Lieferabrufe
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Termine der Anlieferungen bei den jeweiligen Abladestellen der Automobilkunden
  • Sie übernehmen die Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Retouren und Reklamationen und wickeln die Rechnungskontrolle ab
  • Die Auftragsbearbeitung und Versandvorbereitung von Prototypen und Vorserienteilen wird von Ihnen sichergestellt
  • Sie erfassen und pflegen die Kundenstammdaten
