Aufgaben

  • Gemeinsam mit den Entscheidungsträgern entwickelst Du Anforderungsprofile
  • Du verantwortest die Identifikation und effiziente Nutzung aller relevanten Rekrutierungskanäle
  • Active Sourcing ermöglicht Dir die Identifikation und Ansprache von geeigneten Kandidaten
  • Du führst die Vorstellungsgespräche und begleitest die Kandidaten durch den Rekrutierungsprozess
  • Ein Talentpool wird durch Dich aufgebaut
