Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Kunden in Köln einen Recruiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben

  • Rekrutierung offener Positionen in Deutschland und der Schweiz
  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Managements während des Rekrutierungsprozesses
  • Durchführung von Telefoninterviews mit den Kandidaten
  • Erstellung von Stellenausschreibungen
  • Bewerbermangement, Active Sourcing und Prüfen von eingehenden Bewerbungen
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Employer Branding
  • Erstellung und Kommunikation von Vertragsangeboten
  • Enger Austausch mit HR Business Partnern und den Kollegen im Vertragsmanagement
  • Mithilfe bei der Verbesserung von Prozessen
