Wir suchen für die Zentrale eines Einzelhandelsunternehmens mit Sitz in Düsseldorf/Wehrhan, einen Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die administrative Tätigkeiten im Personalbereich, von der Erstellung des Arbeitsvertrages bis zum Austritt des Mitarbeiters, inklusive die Erstellung der Personaldokumente.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Ablage der Personalunterlagen, sowie die Stammdatenpflege des Personals.
  • Sie wirken bei der Erstellung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen mit.
  • Sie bearbeiten eingehende Reisekostenabrechnungen und übernehmen die Administration der Zeiterfassung der Mitarbeiter.
