Wir suchen Sie als Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) Inbound.

Aufgaben

  • Kompetente Kundenbetreuung per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat für ein etabliertes Bankenhaus in Deutschland
  • Freundliche Kundenberatung zu Produkten, Services und weiteren Leistungen
  • Sie nehmen Kundenwünsche, Reklamationen und Auftragsinformationen auf und bearbeiten diese
  • Sie streben nach der Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden und führen darüber Dokumentation
