Für ein namhaftes Unternehmen, welches sich auf neue Standards in der Entwicklung und Produktion von Mikroskopen und wissenschaftlichen Instrumenten für die Analyse von Mikro- und Nanostrukturen spezialisiert hat, suchen wir Sie als Kreditorenbuchhalter (m/w/d) für den Standort in Wetzlar.

Aufgaben

  • Sie sind zuständig für die Buchung von weltweiten Lieferantenrechnungen mit und ohne Einkaufsbestellung
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Kontierung und Prüfung der Lieferantenrechnungen auf steuerliche Richtigkeit auch in Bezug auf das Anlagenvermögen, Quellsteuer und Auslandsteuervergütung
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Stammdatenpflege Kreditoren inkl. Bankdatenpflege und Userpflege
  • Sie erstellen die Konsignationsabrechnungen, die Auslandssteuervergütungsanträge, die Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse und unterstützen beim Jahresabschluss
