Für ein regionales Unternehmen, welches in der Datenverarbeitung tätig ist, suchen wir ab sofort eine kaufmännische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (30 Stunden) an 4 Tagen in der Woche. Der Einsatz erfolgt im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Es wird eine Übernahme beim Kunden angestrebt.

Aufgaben

  • Selbständiges Schreiben von Rechnungen
  • Bearbeitung des Posteinganges
  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation
  • Terminvereinbarungen
  • Bearbeitung des Einkaufs und der Materialwirtschaft
