Sie sind verantwortlich für die selbstständige kaufmännische Betreuung von Mietshäusern und Gewerbeobjekten.

Aufgaben

  • Dabei steuern Sie eingesetzte Fremdmakler und sind zuständig für die Abnahme und Übergabe der Räumlichkeiten
  • Des Weiteren sind Sie verantwortlich für das Forderungsmanagement, Mieterhöhungen und Kündigungen
  • Mündliche und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Mietern, Rechtsanwälten, Versorgungsunternehmen, Dienstleistern Behörden und Geschäftspartnern gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Arbeitsalltag
  • Bewirtschaftungskosten können Sie ohne Probleme optimieren
