Wir suchen Sie als Disponent für eine Kunstspedition (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Sie kommunizieren mit unseren weltweiten Kunden, Vertragspartnern und Kunsthäusern und pflegen und vertiefen Kundenbeziehungen
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Auftragsannahme und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Abfertigung von Kunst-Sendungen
  • Sie disponieren und fertigen unsere weltweiten Export- und Importsendungen eigenständig ab
  • Sie übernehmen die Disposition der eigenen LKWs und Charterfahrzeuge
  • Sie erstellen Transportdokumente und sind zuständig für die Kalkulation und Abrechnung der Aufträge
  • Sie überprüfen die Sendungspapiere auf Vollständigkeit und Konformität und bearbeiten Reklamationen und Schäden
