Beschreibung

Als Financial Controller sind Sie zuständig für die Erstellung der monatlichen Abschlüsse.

Aufgaben

  • Sie analysieren betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen im innerbetrieblichen Vergleich sowie im Vergleich zu branchenüblichen Kennzahlen
  • Des Weiteren überwachen Sie Budgetvorgaben (Soll-Ist-Vergleich) und entscheiden über Maßnahmen bei Fehlentwicklungen
  • Sie verantworten die stetige Überprüfung wesentlicher Kalkulationen für den Hotelbetrieb (Veranstaltungen, Caterings, etc.)
  • Sie führen regelmäßige monatliche Auswertungsgespräche mit der Geschäftsführung, Hoteldirektoren und Abteilungsleitern und präsentieren die Auswertungen und das jährliche Budget der Geschäftsführung
  • Sie erstellen und pflegen tägliche Umsatzberichte, verschicken diese im Verteilerkreis, erstellen wöchentliche Forecasts und eine 3 Monatsvorschau in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Hoteldirektoren und Abteilungsleitern
