Wir suchen ab sofort einen CNC-Fräser (m/w/d) für einen langfristigen Einsatz bei einem Pneumatik-Hersteller in Langen.

Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von 3D-Programmen für unterschiedliche Fertigungstechnologien vorzugsweise an FANUC-Steuerungen
  • Festlegung von Bearbeitungszuständen (Rohguss, Halbzeuge, oberflächenbehandeltes Material)
  • Erstellung von Fertigungs- und Ablaufplänen
  • Entwicklung wirtschaftlicher Optimierungsvorschläge
  • Freigabe der Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Standardisierung von Werkstücken und Bearbeitungsabläufen
  • Vorbereitung der Maschinen
  • Herstellung von Prototypen
  • Anlernen neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Erstellung und Pflege einer Werkzeugdatenbank
