Unser Kunde aus dem Bereich Telefonbanking sucht ab sofort eine Bürokraft (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Telefonie in Bremen. Sie arbeiten in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit und haben die feste Option zur Übernahme nach 6 Monaten, wobei Sie 11,50€ verdienen!

Aufgaben

  • Sie sind zuständig für allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten
  • Zudem betreuen Sie telefonisch Kunden von Banken aus der Region
  • Ihre Ergebnisse dokumentieren Sie und leiten ggf. weitere Bearbeitungsschritte ein
  • Sie vereinbaren Termine, geben Auskünfte und sorgen für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit
