Sie übernehmen die Bankbuchungen und die Abstimmung von Verrechnungskonten im ERP-System.

Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die Bankbuchungen und die Abstimmung von Verrechnungskonten im ERP-System
  • Sie buchen vorerfasste Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen und Rechnungskorrekturen, überwachen Zahlungseingänge und das Mahnwesen
  • Sie führen Abschlussbuchungen, Kontenabstimmungen durch, berechnen und buchen Abgrenzungsbuchungen sowie Rückstellungen
  • Sie unterstützen in der Pflege des ERP-Systems und helfen bei der Erstellung von Auswertung mit
