Wir suchen Sie als Baumanager (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Begleitung von baulichen Maßnahmen
  • Ansprechpartner in baufachlichen Belangen
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Liegenschafts- und Baubesprechungen sowie -begeheungen
  • Festellung des Bauunterhaltungsbedarfs und Erstellung der Baubedarfsnachweisung
  • Auftragserteilung und Begleitung der Durchführung von Bauunterhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Entgegennahme von Schadensmeldungen und Mängelbeseitigung
  • Erfassen und Abbilden aller notwendigen Daten und Mittelvergaben in SAP und BASIC-epiqr
  • Erfassung und Bewertung der Bauzustände
  • Planung von Bauunterhaltungs- und Baumaßnahmen
  • Budget- und Wirtschfatsplanung, Mittelverwendung und -verteilung sowie Mittelabfluss
