Beschreibung

Zur Verstärkung des Produktionsteams suchen wir qualifizierte und motivierte Bäcker/Konditor/Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung und Umrüstung der Produktionsanlagen
  • Interne Beschaffung, Zubereitung bzw. Mischung der für die Produktion benötigten Roh- und Verpackungsmaterialien
  • Inbetriebnahme und Maschinenbedienung, Überwachung sowie Korrektur des Produktionsprozesses bei Abweichungen
  • Dokumentation der Anlagen- und Prozessparameter sowie der Rohstoffdaten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Fehlersuche und Störungsbeseitigung an den Anlagen
  • Reinigung der Produktionsanlagen und des Umfeldes
  • Einhaltung der Vorschriften zu Hygiene, Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie zu Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutz
