Zur Unterstützung des Geschäftsführers suchen wir eine Assistenz im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) in Vollzeit mit Option zur Übernahme!

Aufgaben

  • Sie fungieren als telefonische Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und dem Ansprechpartner
  • Die Beratung von Kunden gehört zu Ihren Tagesaufgaben
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Geschäftsführer zusammen
  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche Verantwortung bei Abwesenheit der Geschäftsleitung
  • Die Angebotserstellung wird von Ihnen selbstständig durchgeführt
  • Sie erledigen alle administrativen und organisatorische Aufgaben
