Global agierendes Unternehmen aus der Herstellerbranche sucht ab sofort in Direktvermittlung, in Vollzeit, im Großraum Kirchheim unter Teck, Sie als: Teamleiter Finance (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Führung der Finanzabteilung
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von 7 Mitarbeitern
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und US GAAP
  • Koordination der Steuerberater bzgl. der umsatz- und ertragssteuerlichen Sachverhalte
  • Monatliche Intercompany-Abstimmungen
  • Einhaltung und Dokumentation interner Kontrollsysteme nach SOX Kriterien
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse und Strukturen
