Wir suchen Sie als :Teamassistenz Immobilien (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Abteilung Mieterbetreuung und Technik im Bereich Backoffice
  • Ansprechpartner für alle Belange unserer Mieter, Hausmeister und anderer Fachabteilungen
  • Beauftragung, Terminkontrolle und Rechnungsprüfung von Kleinreparaturen in Abstimmung mit dem zuständigen Techniker
  • Verfassen von Mieteranschreiben, Genehmigungen, Forderungen sowie die Abwicklung und Betreuung von Versicherungsfällen
  • Organisation des Schriftverkehrs in Abstimmung mit der Mieterbetreuung und bautechnischen Abteilung
  • Terminkontrolle für laufende Vorgänge
  • Bearbeitung von Mietanfragen in Abstimmung mit der Mieterbetreuung
